What is the PTA?
The PTA is the Parent Teacher Association of a school. The PTA does a variety of things, including hosting back to school events, helping to fund assemblies and field trips, teacher appreciation events, family events and more! How do I get updates about the PTA?
If you are a member of our PTA, we will send out emails periodically to let you know what's going on in our organization. We also recommend you sign up for ParentSquare, as we post there frequently. How much does it cost to join the PTA?
The cost of membership is $10 per person per school year. There is an additional $1 processing fee on the Totem website.
Are there family memberships?
No. The membership fee is for one individual person per family. If you would like to join the PTA, each family member will need their own separate membership.
What is the time commitment?
You can choose to be as involved as you would like with the PTA. There is no required time commitment. If you're interested in volunteering, please check out our Volunteer page!
When are the PTA meetings?
PTA meetings typically occur on the second Tuesday in the months of September, November, January, March and May! For more information on our meetings, visit Events and Meetings
